Thank you for selecting Studio 119 for your next tattoo. Below you will find the inquiry form, to be filled out in full, in order to receive an appointment. Forms not fully filled out will not be answered. 

If your tattoo fits artistic criteria, Johnny's assistant Nico will respond via email to book an in studio consult. (out of town clients, a zoom call can be arranged for consults). This is to ensure all details of the tattoo process are covered and to produce the best tattoo for you. If your tattoo does not fit within the artistic criteria, we do our best to recommend a few studios to check out. 

your tattoo appointment(s) will be booked during your consult and will require a $100 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be put towards the final price of the tattoo. All pricing is discussed during the consultation.

 * All cover-ups, reworks or add ons of other artists work will not be considered at this time.
